my husband wanted to go for hike and I suggested this trail, and boy oh boy are my legs and feet killing! my daughter enjoyed all the nature we saw, from toads, to toadlets, to spiders, snails, birds, chipmunks and deer. if this your first time hiking it's a tough one but manageable.

Holy I definitely struggled after this one... definitely bring lots of water and be prepared for hilly terrains!

Wasn’t a big fan of walking through condo areas but the actual trail was beautiful and my kids loved it

Great spot for a hike, a couple of narrow spots on high ledges. But the rest is great.

First time going, 5/17/2020. The rain started coming down as I reached the river and wow, it was such a beautiful experience. The trail was very well marked so I was confident of where I was going and surprised by how nice the scenery was. Lovely way to get your 10 thousand or more steps. Easily my favourite trail in London. :)

Beautiful trail! Best in the city. Well marked, lovely scenery, interesting path. The trail is mostly along the river in the woods with a short part along roads.

Great trail with good elevation changes. Quite a few places where there are big roots and rocks sticking out of the path so keep an eye on where you’re walking. A little muddy in one or two lower spots, and the dirt can be loose close to the edge of a higher cliff spot so be careful of your footing. Overall awesome trail (and SO beautiful!).

Gorgeous trail!! Part is on sidewalk but quiet areas. Parts of path by river can be a bit narrow so social distancing can be somewhat tricky.

Really dry today, only a bit muddy in 2-3 spots. Such a beautiful trail. We prefer to do the out and back route with a turn around at the subdivision gate for 10km hike

Really good trail - not overly hard but does have some ups and downs which makes it better than a flat trail! Slightly muddy, but only on some low spots I second someone’s suggestion of turning around at the end of the trail and walking back through the Bush, other wise you will be walking through town by the houses

My favorite trail in London. It's a great view, follows the river from higher up, a bit muddy in the spring, it takes a bit to get to the trail. I recommend you take the trail to the end and follow it back instead of walking the loop thru the streets on the way back. It's got some inclines so great for training as well.

Awesome views takes about a 1km before you get to the river and boy is the view nice on top I only went about 1/4 way in the trail as I was birding mud on some of the steep hills in the winter but nothing unmanageable

Great trail! Well maintained. Muddy in spots but to be expected as we went on a mild day in December. Beautiful views of the river.

Really pretty trail in London that gets you close to the river. We went right after a snowfall and it was beautiful! Careful during winter as there is a section that gets quite icy and you have to rely on rope attached to trees to avoid slipping.

Awesome trail! Would not recommend baby wearing here though. Thin angled paths next to some steep drops.
