The Swayze Falls Trail is a shared use trail to accommodate hikers, horseback riders and mountain bikers. This natural terrain trail can be accessed from the Pelham Road or Roland Road entrances. Some of the most notable features along the trail include Swayze Falls, natural vegetation including Sugar Maple, Black Maple, and Black Walnut. The Swayze Falls Trail loops through both fields and forests.

Relaxing but still interesting hike .We met Young Common Snapping Turtle (Chelydra serpentina) on the main path to the parking lot .

Good trail with enough changing landscape to keep it interesting. Lots of horse droppings so watch your footing. Little more than a trickle coming off of Swayze Falls (hiked in August) but still a very neat rock formation.

My son and I hiked this trail in 2.5 hours. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed this trail.
