Lots of bugs and people in July/August, but perfect in late May/ early June. Not the most trafficked trail.

Beautiful trail, lots of scenery. Floating bridge was fun. Stop by the entrance at night and you'll see hundreds of fireflies above the water. Gets pretty hot out on those rocks in July and the blackflies were horrible. Go prepared and you'll love it.
