Just finished this small loop with my children. Very easy hike. The trail is well kept, but there is quite a few small rocks and tree roots to watch out for. Watch where you walk.

Beautiful mostl6 covered trail with lots of interesting terrain. Not super populated like the more paved trails, LOTS of mosquitos, wear long sleeves or bug spray. Kid friendly, my 1.5year old had a blast with the terrain but it wasn't super stroller friendly (although it was manageable at some parts)

Took 2 adventurous 6 year olds for a mountain bike Ride. Excellent trail. Great intro to tree roots and small rocks. A bit tough in spots due to heavy rain the night before. There was some whining and they left a few tears and a bit of skin on the trail but at the end they both loved it and said they were proud of themselves. Would absolutely do it again. I’m sure in drier weather it’s easy.

Well groomed in the winter, a nice loop to do for an hour or so. As a bonus we met some very friendly deer!

if you look carefully you can spot some interesting ruins of something off of the west portion of this trail... this is a decent walk, but there are better in the area... you can combine this one with them for a longer walk. bring birdseed for the chickadees... peanuts are their favorite. they will land right on your hand.

This trail leads from the p11 parking lot. We walked the portion of this trail to the M26 marker. It was nice but the major negative was that the hum of the highway never was completely muffled out. Also, not as varied as the portion leaving from p9 and seemed to have more people. The power lines running through the middle of the trail aren't that nice either. A nice bonus though is there lots of cute chickadees to feed!
