great and fun, gives you that deep out in the woods feel, longer section of rocks made it moderate, otherwise relatively easy

i liked the trail, wasn't prepared for all the bugs and mosquitos. please carry insect repellent. It would be good to come back in fall.

Hiked today after rain overnight. A little buggy in places, but keep moving and they're not too bothersome. Technical on the main Bruce Trail, and slippery due to the rocks. As others have said, it's very narrow on the return trail. Met a few other hikers but all very respectful. I'd do again out of bug season. It would be beautiful in winter I'm sure.

the 8km loop isn't too bad. The first 2.5km there are a lot of rocks and root but it's good for the technical side of things. Definitely not a place to be carrying a baby or for weak ankles. Saw 1 family , 1 couple and a man with his dog. so not busy at all. Would definitely do it again.

Another ones where alltrails directions feature plopped is tricksy. There are two entences to this time trail. Parking lot on side road 15 just, or a 'no exit' dirt road off if 25 that take you very close to the best lookout of the trail. The Bruce section of the trail is well maintained and the path is straighforward. the Al Shaw side trail is pretty overgrown with a narrow path. Lots of roots and rocks to content with. Lots of ups and downs, but no killer hilks Carry bug spray. I put some on before I started, but it didn't last long enough and I was almost running through the trail at points because the bugs where so bad. Trail itself is offers a lot of different types of nature, though you can always hear the highway traffic.

We did 1 loop and side trail. We parked on 17 Side road, off 25th. Total of just over 5km. Very hot day but it was cooler in the tree area. Lots of bugs as we walked along muddy/ marshy areas. If it wasn’t so buggy we would have done the second loop.

A trail rife with rocks, life and rot. A great trail but quite full of standing water which means a lot of mosquitoes were present throughout the majority of my hike.
