Perfect trail for you & your pups! Beautiful scenery, nice & shaded so they don’t over heat & water spots for the dogs to stop & cool off! Only warning, be prepared for most dogs to be off their leashes!

Almost every dog was off leash and running up to our child. Will not be back.

Many trails! I took the the bike trail that led you deeper into the woods. Spent about two hours hiking around, could of easily spent more. Great views, ability to swim in the river (so great for toddlers as it’s shallow) not many bugs. Can choose to follow the easy path!

Great place. Lots of trails. You can even get a little lost without a map. One correction to the description: dogs running free all over that place.

Absolutely enjoyed a walk through here with our dogs. A great place for families to bring kids on bikes. Wonderful day

This is one of my favourite trails i've done! Very well maintained. The parking lot may seem busy, but the trail is so big that you wont run into too many people. Great for pups! Just make sure you don't get caught on the CR 27 dead end! lol

Nice trails. Well maintained and very few muddy spots for this time of year.

it's a great walk. wide trails so you don't have to worry about social distancing so much. hard to get lost. 90% of dog owners have their dog off leash and only half of them are trained. 5 stars if that wasn't the case

Deee-eee-ECENT I loved it, I was so depressed because of quarantine and took my first hike after an year. Being a bright af sunny day, it was not so quiet but not that crowded too. Perfect for beginners and families with pets.

Actual trail was hard to follow as there were other more groomed paths along the way. Some hiking involved

Some nice scenery but if you try to follow this trail no doubt you will get lost. Trails are unmarked and are constantly crossed every which way. Lots of mountain bikes so be careful in certain areas.

Was a great trail with many points of beautiful look out points. Found it a bit hard to follow at times as the markers are hard to see or not there at all. I actually got lost for a bit and couldn’t use my app as there was no reception in some areas. Overall, was a good walk and very clean. Would definitely go again and recommend.

There aren’t any markers to show which way to go and where the trails take you. We definitely didn’t go the way we thought we would. It was a really pretty area though. It was very clean. Fairly populated trail.

Completed this hike as a part of the Barrie Section of the Ganaraska Trail. Awesome hike, and this portion is only five minutes away from my house.
