Beautiful area. Good for a leisurely walk with our kids and dog. The route we took to the water was a bit steep but worth the view!

It was a warm and humid morning on the first day of August. We did a loop of the trail, explored a few short side trails and walked over to the dam. It is a very easy trail just 2 km south of Delaware on Springer Road. Suitable for family, children and mobile seniors. The fish were jumpin' and the corn was agrowin'.
