Trail was fine, easy to traverse; the lake is the issue. A neat constant smell of sewage from this very stagnant body of water - stay away. That plus mosquitoes...

Beautifully kept trail. Very clean. Smells soooo good. Trail along caves and calm waters. Will be coming back to trek the caves in the other side.

Not very long, this is a great trail system for families, and the conservation area has a family friendly beach to spend the day swimming. Keep children close as there are locations with cliff edges. Keep in mind the park currently has a capacity limit during COVID-19, and closes off the main entrance once the capacity is reached.

Really good trail for an easy short walk. Lots of nice views of the lake. All amenities in the park are closed, and right now they're accepting cash only as the entrance fee. Parking is limited, so would suggest going in the morning.

What a beautiful trail! Instead of a loop I did it as an out and back and I clocked in at about 8km. Fairly flat and lots of areas to explore.

I would absolutely recommend this trail. Not too challenging but the elevation adds some variation and you get a great view from the lookout. The trails are in overall good condition. You can explore a bit off trail as well around the beautiful rock formations and old cedar trees. The beach can be crowded on weekends in the summer time, but renting a kayak or canoe is awesome to explore from the water too. The old mill ruins are closed at the moment.

One of the best hikes near the GTA. Only downside is the ridiculous price of entrance.

Wow! What beautiful park! Today was a free day entrance fee. Regular 7 dlrs for adults. This park has so much to offer apart from its beauty. It is wheelchair accessible to the beach and picnic area. That’s ahead of you once you come down from the concession main shop which also has a picnic tables and roof overhead. If you decide to hike instead if going straight or to the right for the beach you go left. The trails are very easy all compact ground. Very easy for wheelchair access as well. I wouldn’t go without a phone and number just in case you get stuck and need help. But those hiking on foot extremely easy and has lots of benches everywhere and tables you can go picnic or just sit and read, draw or sketch. Great for photography lots of beautiful areas. Now the signs, very poor as your going into the trail area you come to “ Y “ no sign were there should be one. I went right and what I experienced was amazing. Took lots of photos. Enjoyed myself and even saw mama and papa canada Geez with babies. Those so called caves, I don’t see the big deal about them. I can see this being a great full day place if your there with family or group of friends. Lots to do and different areas to experience.

We went on Monday, March 19 and it was beautiful and sunny, but the trails were super wet and muddy or covered in ice and some snow. But otherwise, didn't ruin the day - such a nice spot! First time there and can't wait to go back and explore!
