Excellent easy trail. Main loop has only slight elevations on well maintained footpath. Branch to the beach has greater inclines but still easy, with some well-maintained wooden stairs. Shoreline is a highlight with sweeping dunes and a pebble beach. Highly recommended for a relatively quick hike.

this is a beautiful little trail that you can do alone or add the extension to the lake. I've done both multiple times. the lookout over the channel is a beautiful spot to have a lunch or break and watch water fowl, birds, etc. lots of info posts that you can listen or read along with in the Pinery APP. overall a great little trail!
