Little wet but otherwise a nice trail, there are a couple spots where you need to be on the road, but most of the trail is off road.

Definitely worth the trip to see the rapids and the falls. The trail is not well marked but if you poke around you can find the single track trail fairly easily. It goes right along the side of the rapids. Others are right in that there are a LOT of mosquitoes in the trail that goes up the hill into the woods. It’s short but a nice trail too.

Great trail! It is not on the road. It’s a narrow path that runs right alongside the river with an excellent view of the rapids. It is a loop trail that comes back a little deeper in the woods. There is a map at the trailhead.

Wasn’t much of a hiking trail as it was a road. Rapids are pretty. More of a spot to stop for lunch and drive on to some better options.

great views, great place to relax and enjoy the sound of rushing water. We even went for a dip in the river.

September 2018 - Very quiet and extremely lightly trafficked. The road leading into the trail is bery bumpy and full of holes. Drive carefully. Not sure what it would be like in other seasons but it was great at the end of September. The trees started changing colours which made for great photos. We saw a wolf or coyote on the road about 10 feet from me. Not sure which is was because it took off so fast. There were zero bugs which was fantastic and made for a great hike. I didn’t see any waterfalls but the rapids were beautiful and that trail continues on if you go off the app path. The map on the app is backwards which can be confusing but it’s very easy to follow and figure it out.

First to Review

Granted it was winter, but the trail was difficult to find and follow. The map at the trail head is backwards and largely useless. The river was very cool and worth checking out but the trail didn't seem to follow it.
