I have been many times at all times of the year. The town is regularly upgrading things and it is well maintained. Can be extremely busy on weekends.

Great trail, we only did a short amount and back as we were walking it with a stroller. It’s nicely paved with little rocks until the bridge, after the bridge it’s woodsy so we turned back. Beautifully open :)

Yes Suggestion for parking to access trail. Google Toms Park to access trail system to Tim Jones Trail, Klaus Wehrenberg, Shepard’s Bush and Willow-Farm Lakeview. Gorgeous trail system! Parts of the Willowfarm to Tim Jones trail system is muddy where warning signs are. But it doesn’t last long. See pictures for map system.

HikingGreat!

We walked from entrance at Benville As per the map attached but it’s residential and most residents have blocked off parking on their street with pylons. Better to park at Vandorf. We only walked about 3 km but the trail keeps going. Gorgeous views of the grandeur of the mature trees. The trail is well designed with lots of room for hikers and bikers. Beautiful streams along the way. Definitely one of our local favourites. Will be back to explore it more!

Way too broken up. Basically a bunch of trails running behind people's communities. Lots of having to stop, cross the street, or avoid the huge crowds of people and kids. Couldn't enjoy a nice constant rhythm.

Only walked from trailhead to Newmarket train station and back but this trail is beautiful, especially the area that runs along river. The infrastructure (bridges, overpassed, etc) is impressively designed. A great trail for people w limited mobility as the paths are wide, excellently maintained, and relatively flat.

It is super easy and hot in the summertime. The view is great. And it's like the Amazon Rainforest while hiking beside the river in the forest part.

Trail 2 (Tim Jones trail) starting from Evans Park is only partially shaded. But trail 3 and 5 are very nicely shaded no bugs. Lots of signs. Highly recommended.

one of my favorite trail for running, walking and road biking. Can start from Aurora St John side road, then goto Newmarket, a short rest (or a walk on the beautiful New market main street) before further up to East Gwillburry

lovely bike trail great in the mornings around 8-11am I would say then after that it gets a little busy to freely bike due to joggers/walkers on the trail. people walking are very respectful though and will try to give u most of the trail

Really nice place to go for a walk, how far you want to walk is up to you. Brought my dog here and he had a great time, he was exhausted by the end.

Took my city bike along a stretch of this path. Perfect conditions. Not too many hills, easy ride. No mosquitos. Path is a combo of paved, gravel and mulch. Would be easy for kids, dogs, strollers and walkers/hikers of all levels. The path runs beside a creek and behind houses. Lots of different spots to get in and out of path. Well-mantained by the town, plenty of garbage cans, no litter.
