The hiking trail is well maintained for the most part. It is a nice hike and it offers a very smooth terrain. Can be buggy in certain areas. Bring water if doing the full 14km hike.

If you like waste barrels and traffic cones randomly strewn through out your hiking trail, this is the place for you!

I walk my dog regularly along the trail. I’m not sure how it got a moderate rating. It’s flat and groomed, so I’d suggest it’s pretty easy walking. It runs along side of the Holland River so there’s plenty of birds and other small forms of wildlife.
