Lots of interesting historical artifacts and information to see along the trail. Trail is well-maintained, and though the actual paths don’t always match the paths shown on the map, the trail is easy enough to follow.

Pleasant walking in all seasons. The loops keep things interesting and the park amenities make this accessible for everyone - seating by the water for seniors and nature-lovers, play structure and splash pad for families. Check out the arboretum - all the community's trees represented in one beautiful space!

I love having this park right in the core of the City. I enjoy taking my lunch break walking there and re-energizing before going back to the office. There is always a lot going on here, children playing, dogs on leashes, babies in strollers, picnics, fishing kites flying, maybe a soccer game, runners, skateboarders, and so on.. It is nice to catch some rays and a breeze off the river while taking it all in. It is also possible to find a quiet spot to relax for a little while.
