This is a completely paved trail that is best for bikes. There are no dirt or natural paths anywhere along the route. if that's your preference, it's a great one to try. if like me, you were looking for a dirt path, this is not the one. The scene was very industrial at Keele with the hum of hydro machines and the hydro lines. Might as well be walking on the sidewalk somewhere. The hidden trail in GRoss Lord Park was the best part where there were bridges over rivers. Got on at Keele and walked east. You can find an entrance walking North one block from Finch West station. When you finish at Steeles and Dufferin you can't easily J-walk across Steeles to continue the trail because of traffic. Would not go again.
