Well paved. Both foot and bicycle traffic. Some real elevation changes for beginners. Well kept and maintained with period stops for rest.

easy walk, paved, wide path, flat, though it's so close to major city roads, it offers nice trees, river scenes. still can be a good work out. liked it.

it was ok for a last minute hike after a morning soaker. paved path and lots of traffic. never felt like I got away from the city
