Not a great trail to walk through, very muddy and too overgrown.

Late March - very mucky wet trail until the river. The walk along the river follows ATV tracks. Some scenic parts to the walk but at this time of the year lots of flood plain debris to navigate around. We will try again mid April when some spring flowers emerge but before the hunters come out :)

Actually it’s not a difficult hiking trail. In the beginning the road maybe wet and difficult to go, but the rest is quite easy. Remember to park in the entrance of road, and in the end just go up on the hill, and you could dramatically find your car.

This is a beautiful Upper Thames Conservation Tract along the Thames river . I parked along the road so my vehicle didn't get vandalized . The parking lot is quit secluded . I never met anyone but could hear people talking and they wouldn't answer my calls . It is a gem but the ATV's have taken over . I think if it wasn't for the ATV's there wouldn't be any trails at all . Some spots were wet and the tires have caused great damage . Once I reached the river the views were amazing . As in the other tracts in this area hunting is allowed by permit . The beauty of this tract would be in the fall when hunting is preventing hiking . Please call your local MPP and get this changed ! K !!
