completed the Red Trail, there was some difficulty/ rock to climb but lots of breaks between. went one Lookout Into the Blue Trail which I believe is the best Lookout

So there is three parts to this trail the blue trail, the red trail, and the yellow trail. All parts make the trail 9.5 km. You start on the red trail which is 4km and includes all the lookouts, from there you can either go back or continue into the blue trail which is 5km and has no lookouts but is an easier hike in a lovely deciduous forest. There is a small trail that goes off of red trail called the adventure trail which what my favourite part. Has ladders and caves to climb into. But be warned, if you bring your dog, the adventure trail has a ladder you will have to carry it up (thank god mine is only 20 lbs).
The red trail is extremely busy, even on a Wednesday! But only saw two other couples on the blue trail. Blue trail is much less marked but is obvious where to go. Took us 3 hours to do all 9.5km.

Nice trail! They changed it a little bit and the trail now starts from the highway approximately 2km to the west of the original one.

Nice trail with some variation. Much of it is through the forest on a well worn path. Some ascent required along the escarpment. Great views from the edge of the escarpment. Lots of options for shortening or lengthening the route by either taking the inland forest path and/or adventure trail.

Great trail with gorgeous views as a reward at the end. Did the hike with my Australian Shepherd, so it is a very dog friendly hike.

Wow, what a fun and challenging hike! The views off the bluffs are spectacular and the adventure trail added to the excitement. New trailhead was easy to find. Highly recommended!!!

Our family of five did this trail as our first difficult hike. We did it backwards and ended up on the adventure trail last. It turned into our reward for finishing and taking 4 hours for little kids (8,11 & 14) . Beautiful lookouts. Bring snacks and water!

There are a number great lookout points along the trail to enjoy. Most of the trail is easy with some sections of moderate difficulty. The adventure trails are well worth exploring. Unfortunately , the trail is not marked very well in various spots. The one negative is the presence of an aggregates business that comes right up against the trail early on. Other than that, it is a hike well worth taking.

Disappointing. The active quarry on the edge of the trail was disturbingly distracting. The loud heavy machinery and the smell of diesel fuel was a stark contrast to the sights and it took too long hiking at a good pace to get away from it.
