I walk 6-10 kms a day on various trails. Some of which I have found on this site. I’m doing another one today from here. My comments on this trail were it was definitely not moderate. Fairly easy hike for me, a nice workout, but I found it quite difficult at parts because many sections in the paths are very, very narrow and steep. There are very high ridges I was not expecting. At two points along the ridge and another part closer to the top, I was so frightened I turned back around. Definitely not for people with height anxiety! Also the snow can make it risky underfoot. I also felt it took too long for the amount of kilometres covered. I’m more of a distance person, I like to get my kilometres in! I would rate this one difficult.

I took the trail to the left and felt like the trails on the right were much more interesting. the trail on the left goes around the treatment plant so it's a little stinky however it is a nice on the side of a hill climb and there is good bird watching.

Couldn’t find other half. Also need to be mindful that some of the trails are for mountain biking versus running

Access across the rail to the don river is closed now. Bummer! Still good but would have been better.
