Trails range from simple walks to overgrown areas, moss covered slopes, and rotted out causeways. Some signage is difficult to spot, look for white spray paint marks on stones that mark the way, ribbons, or signposts.

Really wanted to like this trail but there is absolutely no upkeep of the jackpine trail. We ended up bush whacking for 2 hours. I think the last part of the trail is so grown over its non existent. Not a trail I would recommend

Might be good in the right season, the overwhelming black flies cut our walk short. Trails were muddy and wooden walkways in disrepair.

Nice hike, lots to choose from. Use the overgrown beaverdam to get across the lake as the causeway is washed out.
