I don’t usually write a review but if you are looking for a nice place for a walk this is a good place to go. If you’re looking for something a little more challenging ware you don’t have to pay for parking you should take another trail.

Nice little trail to escape for a bit. 2 sets of falls to see that were a good size. Some historical stuff as well that was interesting.

This was an absolutely beautiful trail. We paid $8 per person. I would gladly pay it again for how beautiful this trail was. 2 wonderful waterfalls. The trails are clearly marked. We were given a map. Lots of picnic tables. Restrooms were available on the trail. Took my dog and she loved it. We saw maybe 4 people total the whole trail. Went on a Thursday afternoon/evening.

Great little trail system with two beautiful water falls. Went mid-week in May. Paid parking. No access to base of falls on trail system. Pioneer heritage site. Well kept conservation area. Waterfall often dries late summer so don’t be disheartened if you go late summer/early fall

Great hike in the snow with Alan Lorne, Karen, Jake and Suzanna

Went in the fall after the leaves all gone. Quiet and peaceful stroll rather than a hike. Beautiful waterfalls and path was suitable for kids and strollers. We enjoyed the rock formations.

Easy and scenic, more of a nature walk than a hike, but pretty

What a great hike! It's a super easy trek and well worth the 30 minute drive from Niagara. The historic buildings are adorable, the waterfalls absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds very well kept. This is easily one of my favorite day hikes. We found a secret alcove behind Upper Falls for some great photos, too!

Was nice, not crowded at all. There is a fee and honour system.

A really nice easy hike, lots of scenery. There are two sets of falls, upper and lower, if you want a more intense hike, I suggest working your way down to the bottom of the upper falls, no trail and lots of rock to climb over but the view is stunning once you reach the bottom of the falls! There is an old historic village with lots of really old buildings (late 1700,s early 1800’s)

Easy hike (or rather walk) that can be combined with a longer hike on the Bruce Trail or a walk through the vineyards nearby. When we where there, there was hardly any water in the falls after a long warm summer, but the scenery was still beautiful. To get from the upper to the lower falls you'll cross the small 'Heritage Village' which is a nice sight on it's own.

Went on a hike with my family here at balls falls. There was a lot of beautiful scenery. Our three year old son really enjoyed the hike and asked to go to this location again. The hike was pretty easy.

Great hike after HEAVY rain. More often than not there's no water flowing over these falls.
