A.Y. Jackson Lookout Trail is a 1.3 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and bird watching and is best used from May until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

September 12, 2020September 9, 2020What trail? Well marked but you're climbing up and down rocky terrain, come close to the edge at times to get to the bridge. Gorgeous falls and beautiful views. Sad that some morons think writing their names or other messages on the rocks is ok

September 4, 2020The yellow sign passing the bridge was pointing the wrong direction. We reached the river by following the sign and it was dangerous to climb back up. We saw a big branch falling down right beside us, which is also dangerous.

August 25, 2020Great trail that goes along the falls. Lots of rocks at the beginning so good foot wear is recommended. The loop part of the trail is nothing special.
August 12, 2020Easy to moderate trail beginning on rocks so hiking shoes recommend especially when wet. Lovely scenic walk alongside a series of waterfalls to an overlooking bridge, then a calm 1km loop through a forest (no lookouts).

June 4, 2020May 26, 2020Never disappointed with this trail... the falls are so nice to explore.. although starting to be to much graffitis! Go there a couple of times a year! Easy access to the falls is from the sand hill instead of the main area!
