Lake Warren is a 3.4 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Ingonish, Nova Scotia, Canada that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and nature trips.

October 1, 2020Beautiful 3.5 loop around Lake Warren very close to Broad Cove Campground, part of Cape Breton national Park. Easy to navigate, well marked. Just gorgeous the first half of October.

June 21, 2020trail was easy and tranquil. you can tell there is a lot of wildlife around (lots of poop). we saw a loon on the lake, lots of frogs, slugs and squirrels. trail was muddy in some spots but manageable and still kid friendly. there was a large deer skeleton basically on the trail near the beach. the bridge was pretty cool. has bathrooms.

March 12, 2019very nice slow easy hike with minimal elevations. very interesting suspension bridge on the far side built by the combat engineers from gagetown in 2017. Can be muddy at points so be aware. very good for a rest day hike. has restrooms. nice beach too
