Five Islands Loop Trail is a 4.5 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Colchester, Nova Scotia, Canada that offers scenic views and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I completed part of the Economy Mountain Trail and the Red Head Trail - some of the trail was closed off due to erosion and broken bridges. Great views, some parts of the trail overgrown - wear decent footwear!

hiked it today really enjoyed the scenery, the only thing I would say is wear good hiking boots as there ate alot of rooots which makes it easy to twist an ankle
