One of my favourite trails! There is an awesome little swimming hole for when the weather warms up a little and the suspension bridge is pretty amazing.

Awesome little hike! A bit chilly this time of year in some spots , so I’d recommend bringing a light sweater .

Fantastic trail! Some geocaches along the way. Doctors cove was a great spot for a picnic.

Completed today. A little wet in areas but I didn’t get too wet and was wearing sneakers. Highly recommend. One of my all time favourites.

Great trail. The trial was wet and muddy from the bit of rain we had. Views at the suspension bridge was beautiful.

Nice trail with beautiful views, especially at the suspension bridge. Typically a couple of soft/wet places.

Some snow at the begining of the trail and a trickle of water through most of the trail. Some muddy areas. But with waterproof hikers it's no problem. Very crowded today.

First hike on the east coast! Quite enjoyable. Some bits are a little steep. Lovely suspension bridge half way there and the end view of Doctor’s Cove is beautiful!

Nice hike with a pretty swimming hole midway, the suspension bridge with great views, and Doctor’s Cove at the end. Worthwhile and a great introduction to Newfoundland hiking.

This should be called East Coast Trail - La Manche Village Path Or La Manche Suspension Bridge Trail. This is a lovely trail and I highly suggest it. It is fairly easy.

It was a nice trail to do with an awesome view at the end. Pretty crowded as we went on Sunday. I found it a bit rocky. It was nice to do once adding on to my list of ECT hikes but probably won’t do this one again.

fantastic. one of my favourites. Sitting at LaManche and thinking of the town it once was is very grounding. the bridge is beautiful and often provides a great view of the seals playing beneath. I would highly recommend this trail!

So beautiful. Breathtaking sites even in the fog and mysterious home foundations and staircases throughout. Would recommend to everyone who ever asks.

Not my favorite section of the East Coast Trail, but the suspension bridge/waterfalls totally make it a trail worth doing.

Great trail for families! At the end it was a real treat to see the little waterfall and walk on the suspension bridge. The view and peacefulness of the area makes this a must see!
