The trail is maintained by UPM Kymmene, a Finnish pulp and paper mill with roots in Miramichi. The trail is well marked and the views are good. The first waterfall that you hit is Hopewell Falls. It's small but easy to photograph. At this point you can cross over the falls and continue onto a dead end trail. This trail allows you to see Little Sheephouse Falls however you cannot access the base from the trail. Take the other trail to get to a better view of Little Sheephouse (through the trees) and then backtrack to Hopewell Falls. Keep going along the trail until you get to an area where you can access the base of Little Sheephouse Falls and then climbed up out of the ravine to the trail. Continued down the trail to Lamb Brook Falls. You have to take a set of stairs down to Lamb Brook Falls, then walk down to the end of the trail (580m) to the Devil's Elbow. On the way back take the loop trail through a little covered bridge. It is a nice place to check out. There is even a picnic table at the parking area.
