Awesome trail to clear your head and just relax while listening to nature. Me and my boyfriend would walk this a lot when we lived closer to rockwood.

I took my elderly parents on this trail and it was perfect for them. plenty of benches, nice views, ducks, and a few interpretive signs for some of the new trees planted along the trail. My parents took the level wooden walkway along the lakeside while I took the left path over a short, steep incline and we met up at the next junction. Definitely get out there in the mornings in the summer when there is a lot of shaded areas.
