Virgin Lake is a moderately sized lake (82.9ha) in the Porcupine Mountain Provincial Forest. The lake is located along the National Mills Logging Road and is most commonly accessed by four-wheel drive vehicles in the summer months and snowmobile in the winter months. Because of possible logging operations, be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this trail. This trail is not maintained, therefore fallen trees may complicate passage. Virgin Lake is home to northern pike and walleye populations.
