Spider Lake is a smaller lake (40.2ha) in the Porcupine Mountain Provincial Forest. The lake is located along an old logging road and is most commonly accessed by snowmobile in the winter months. Because of possible logging operations, be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this trail. This trail is not maintained, and therefore fallen trees may complicate passage. Spider Lake is home to a very targetable northern pike population.
