I love how close this trail is !! I biked to No Frills on St.Annes and walked over the bridge in Royal Wood & Voila; Beautiful, easy hike! It was slightly shaded which was nice, saw lots of deer !! highly suggest going.

Awesome trail very easy to ride the dirt paths down by the river there are a couple optional more challenging sections with some jumps and features as well. Great for beginners like me and you can go pretty fast. Watch for ruts and roots. Check out the carved Spirit Tree down in the oxbow bog, look for deer and mallards, and sometimes you can catch fish in the Seine River.

This trail is great to do with your family , by yourself and or do walk your pets! You have so many choices of things you can do! Hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing the options are endless! This trail is about a ten minute walk away from my house so it’s by far one of my favourite close to home trails!

The Bois des Esprits/Seine River Greenway is a beautiful forested area with pathways leading through the woods. The path began off Shorehill Drive. There was no street parking that I could find in the area so I parked in the No Frills lot across from St. Anne’s. It was a pretty trail leading through the forest. There were some interesting wood carvings in some of the trees along the way! I enjoyed how peaceful the setting was and it didn’t even feel like I was in the city. I made a loop at one of the junctions and went back along the Seine River (but you could continue on the same trail up to John Bruce Road). The path along the river was narrower but really pretty with nice views! The trail was super dry. No muddy spots! I didn’t get any wood ticks either. This was my first time exploring this trail system and really enjoyed my time there. Great place to go for a walk or run!

This was a nice trail to do today. Good path just to get out and enjoy a nice walk or bike ride.

Nice city trail. Just walked it today. Dry on the regular waking path but if you take the narrow path by the water it's a bit wet.

Enjoyed this little gem of a hike for the first time. Love the various paths running off the main trail. A couple of muddy spots on the paths but totally doable. Lots of people out on foot and biking. Will return when the leaves are out.

Mostly dry on the trail. Grass is wet and the snow still hasn’t completely melted in the trees. Part of the trail at the end is washed out but should dry up soon. Great trail! With a bonus off leash dog area

Fun

if you are able too, leave the trail and walk the river in winter. not as much foot traffic as in summer. it is a nice easy trail. was snowshoeing today, and it was great.

I really enjoyed this little trail. Lots of beautiful carvings. Tons of people out enjoying the winter day. Lots of cute Christmas decor in the trees. Tons of deer and wildlife. My only issue was parking. I am not from here and it was hard to find a street to park at to do this trail

Nice trail. Will have to do it in fall. I had no clue where to park though, as I did not live in the area.

Very easy trail. The main trail is nicely marked and easy to navigate. The off path trails are along the river and a nice change and less traveled (bikers mainly). Side note: if you or your kids play Pokémon there are a lot along the main trail and many stops as well.

Great amounts of wildlife; deer, great blue herons, beaver, muskrat, river otter, rabbits, owls, the list goes on. Rubbish free, this winding trail is beautiful. I documented it on my YouTube channel "LeatherTramp Expeditions" called The Scene on the Siene.

The lower, mud trail along side the Seine is very interactive with deer, muskrats, beaver and feathered friends. It's great for all ages but listen for the occasional bike.

Great for a nice little hike in the city. The off trail paths are a lot more appealing to the eye than the paved option but watch out for bikers. Would go again, possibly with a bike.
