Getting There

The trail is located at the parking area/picnic area near the Wellman Lake United Church Camp. This maintained trail borders the camp property before winding around to the shoreline of Wellman Lake. There are two loops to the trail. If hiking, it is recommended to stick to the first loop. This trail follows the shoreline of Wellman Lake to a small bridge which crosses the headwaters to the Roaring River. From there you will track back to the loop and continue around the loop through the forest for a total distance of 2.2 km. The second loop is designated for cross-country skiing only and adds an additional 2.5 km.

Swan Valley Chamber of Commerce - Tourism Centre 1 (204) 734-3102 Manitoba Sustainable Development - Parks and Protected Spaces Branch 1 (204) 734-3429
