Trail was dry and in great condition. As it's really meant as a mountain bike trail, all hikers should be aware of any bikes coming up from behind. All riders were very courteous. There is only 2 signs, in the first KM and the last KM. Just stay to your right and you'll be fine. Will do this trail again.

Trail was damp due to yesterday’s rain but in great condition. A misty morning but perfect for a ride, and we saw 2 deer.

Not a very good trail for hikers. The signs say mountain bikers only. I tried walking on some of the trials and it was a hassle to constantly move out of the way for cyclists. The trails are also not mapped out great.

This trail, the one mapped out, is actually called Oak Ridge. It is for Mountain Biking it’s states on the sign no dogs, no people. It is a very busy bike trail and people walking the trail would be hazardous. The trail head for Bur Oak is also at the location it’s a small loop inside Oak Ridge, it is paved, 1km.

Nice views of sand dunes. Windy path kept things interesting. Great amount of shade. Not very challenging but pleasant to do.
