Little Island Lake Trail is a 11.3 kilometer moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Division No. 20, Manitoba, Canada that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for nature trips, birding, and fishing and is best used from November until March. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Little Island Lake is a moderately sized lake (93ha) in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The lake is located along and old ATV trail, however for environmental reasons ATV use is now prohibited in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. Nowadays, the lake is most commonly accessed by snowmobile in the winter months. This trail is not maintained, and therefore fallen trees may complicate passage. Little Island Lake, is home to a very strong northern pike population.
