HikingGreat!

Very short hike , good for little kids that especially want to learn about logging in the area. Not for serious hikers at all. Very flat and zero views.

If you’re a serious hiker this isn’t for you, but good for families, lots of history depicted along the trail that tells a good story of the early logging industry.

Short and easy hike. Not many views but the history of the mill made up for it. Quick 20 minute jaunt.

was kinda of boring but a nice easy stroll. you'll need plenty of bug spray and maybe a walking stick cuz the path is very uneven. overall, decent trail.

A decent little heritage trail. Unfortunately, as in most National Parks, the interpretive signage is in disrepair. Other than that it’s a nice trail. Slightly over grown in spots, but still very easy to follow.

Very very deep snow on this trail! I followed it way past the marked trail as I didn’t know where it was. I ended up near the back lake. Very pretty but snowshoes and trekking poles a must. I’m glad I had mine. I did get turned around right, after detouring an extra few kms, and managed to complete the circuit. Great for snowshoes or cross country skiing but too deep for hiking.

An interesting little interpretive trail describing the history of the lumber mill that operated here in the 30s and 40s. An easy walk.

Interesting history. The only trail in the park that we have encountered woodticks. In excess of 15 for two people

Short Historic trail. Lots to learn, not much to see. There is a large lake just beyond the bush off the beaten path.
