Crazy mosquitoes! Had to go back and hike from the Assiniboine park towards Beaudry instead. 22 km hike this day!

This trail is mostly paved but there is one part that is just mud which is fine when it’s dry but not when it’s wet. Then there are parts of it that are really just ATV trails. But the nature is beautiful and an ordinary bike can handle this trail – you don’t need a mountain bike – but skinny tires might not like it.

Trail from Beaudry park to CPR Glenbro sub on the hearte Trail was great. I no water on trail dry conditions. I got one wood tick from biking that's it.
