East Watjask Lake is a moderately sized lake (77ha) in the Duck Mountain Provincial Forest. A portion of the access road is Designated Route S and is often accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles. This road is not regularly maintained and often used for logging operations. Be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this road. East Watjask Lake does not have any infrastructure or parking areas at the moment. Swan Valley Sport Fishing Enhancement is planning on creating a parking area at West Watjask Lake in 2018/2019. In order to access the lake is either by ATV in the summer or snowmobile in the winter. East Watjask Lake is home to a strong yellow perch population.

Home to small-sized perch. Access is tricky in the summer as the trail is a natural path through the forest and there are no markers of any kind. Best visited in the winter months as there is a short trail adjacent to West Watjask Lake.
