East Fish Lake Trail is a 19.6 kilometer moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Division No. 20, Manitoba, Canada that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for nature trips, fishing, and snowshoeing and is best used from November until March. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

East Fish Lake is a smaller (~35ha) lake in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The lake is located along Designated Route L. ATV use is prohibited in the Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The lake is most commonly accessed by snowmobile in the winter months, and it is not recommended to hike this trail in the summer as it can be very wet. This trail is not maintained may be re-opened for logging operations in the future. Be sure to contact the nearest government office for updated information before using this trail. East Fish Lake is home to a northern pike population. The trail intersects the lake in the south-east corner where snowmobiles usually access the lake.
