Hilly trail, works well for those who ready to get sweat and work on the leg muscles. Beautiful beach for the swim also nice spot to catch some trout for the supper

I took a wrong turn somewhere and ended up cutting off 1km of the walk around, but it was still a nice walk close to the city. lots of families and dogs, bikes, and lots of swim spots

Slightly hilly in parts, but this is a beautiful walk around Upper & Lower Thetis Lake. It took us just over an hour to complete.

Perfect trail if you’re looking to get into running: a well maintained 5k loop with minimal elevation. Watch for roots underfoot in some of the portions around upper thetis, but the lower loop is a mostly gravel path

A great little 1 hour hike. the trail is one of the best maintained trails in the region, so it is much less muddy than most trails around here in winter. Great for running too, and while popular for dogs, I've never had a bad encounter with dogs here in 20 years. I think the dogs are enjoying it so much they are never in a bad mood.

Another leisurely walk around Thetis lake. This time we went counter clockwise and tried the upper path. Trails are in great condition, nice views of lake, trees, moss and ferns.

Trail Condition: Well maintained, easy to follow. Aesthetic: Gorgeous trail all around. Distance/Elevation: Good distance, more roll-y and no big hills or steep elevation. View Point/Summit: No summit, but lots of great little view points.
