Planning on heading here this summer, it looks like an amazing view. I can't wait! Also, Della Falls is the tallest waterfall in Canada.

Beautiful easy fully paved quick hike across a bridge to the waterfall. Good “bang for your buck” hike meaning you see a lot for little effort. Good for families and kids. Long awesome drive into the waterfall along a car switchback. Like everything in Banff/Yoho, get there early for a parking spot and the least number of tourists in the way of your good photos. Did not continue on to Laughing Falls.

Been here 3 times. it's a nice leisure walk from the parking to the foot of the falls. A stony easy climb to be closer to the Falls if you want to see a lovely view. Would recommend a nice summer visit to appreciate it. Kid friendly, park table and benches by the river, little bridge over the river, lots of views to take pictures for a stunning waterfalls background :)

Amazing falls. Be sure to get there early to beat the crowd. Afterwards, follow the trail up to Laughing Falls. You won't regret it!

Ok this is just really a walk but do it because the waterfall is freaking spectacular!! I ditched my hubby & walked up the rocks further & got soaked by the spray. It was a delight!

Pavement trail the entire way. The biggest challenge is the amount of tourists. Waterfall is fairly impressive though.

Amazing view over waterfall! Hike is very easy, perfect for kids. Try some rock climbing in the end to lengthen up the track a little.

More crowded than other spots we went to in the area. For good reason though, these falls are Beautiful. If you get lucky and get a spot close props to you! Its like Black Friday.

Short and easy walk to the impressive falls. Bring a rain jacket if you want to get close. Only need for hiking shoes/boots if you plan to go off the path and closer to the falls. It was pretty busy but still enjoyable. If crowds aren't your thing, I suggest going early in the morning or late afternoon and If it's an option, go on a week day. The Yoho Valley Road was a beautiful, scenic drive. I recommend stopping at the Meeting of the Waters where the Yoho and Kicking Horse rivers meet. Hike down the short, steep trail for a gorgeous view. Further along the drive there are a couple switchbacks that proved difficult for some of the tourists. Definitely recommend if you are going out to Emerald Lake (which is a must see but also insanely busy).

Enjoyable casual stroll to the falls on a well marked paved surface. At the falls be prepared for mist and a cooling breeze

A spectacular site! Would not classify as a hike but we had lots of fun climbing the rocks along the side of the falls and feeling the cool mist on a warm summer day. Highly recommend this stop.

Giant waterfall!?!? How can you not stop??? Tag along with Emerald Lake as they are on the same stretch of highway. Was fairly crowded around 3pm but not bothersome - most the view is above!

Stunning waterfall after a short walk on a crowded trail. Truly a stunning amount of water was falling a great distance and it was breathtaking.

For an easy and quick view of the falls. Can explore and go off trail but gives you a good view of the fall/river
