Beautiful trail and stunning view from the top. Strenuous hike as you have to go up about an hour of stairs. Do not attempt if you are not fit in my opinion.

Beautiful trail! Very difficult! Do not attempt at all unless you can handle a strenuous hike!

Wrong entrance! Use the next parking lot north. The part that bypasses the steep stairs of the more popular trail is closed. But otherwise a very hard and rewarding trail.

Wow, just wow. Such a great trail. Did this in early December of 2018 just as snow was starting to fall. Beautiful views and good amount of difficulty for someone in average to better shape. Would recommend to anyone in the area. We did bring our dog, but he was unable to summit with the more difficult rock scramble at the peak. There are chains and ladders towards the top that made it difficult for him to finish. Nonetheless, we took turns going up and it was totally worth it. I imagine more athletic dogs might be able to pull it off, just not our golden retriever.

Not technically hard but lots of up. And up. And more up... but the peak is worth the work!
