Sasamat Lake is a 2 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Port Moody, British Columbia, Canada that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and fishing and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

great trail, nice easy walk not to muddy.
good for all levels of fitness
One of my faves
Perfect for a 1 hour easy hike with young kids. One set of stairs to climb to upper level around the Sasamat Outdoor Center. This would be great in the summer to jump in the lake in various spots!
