Salish Trail to Spanish Trail Loop is a 7.1 kilometer moderately trafficked loop trail located near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, running, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Great trail, not very busy on a weeknight. Much quieter than the other side of the park.

Nice easy walk, quiet. Lots of pretty birds

This was such a nice walk. The trails are lined by trees and you really get a wonderful sense of tranquility. Super easy to trail run as well!
