There is a cabin open for use at the top of this trail. It includes a stove, shelves, storage, counter top, and a window with a view. This cabin is open and can be used by anyone. The trail continues from there as well to anyone willing to explore. If you plan to use the cabin, be respectful, don't litter, put out your fires whether in the stove or outside it, and no graffiti. Someone took time to build that structure for everyone, so be sure to respect it.

Enjoyed this trail a lot! It's level at first for a good warm up and the gains elevation quickly. Nice view at a few points and lots of variety all the way with different rock faces, greenery, stumps etc. Found it very easy to follow although markers are spread out.

This hike was an experience. Our first mistake was going on a rainy day. 0/10, would not recommend, especially since the fog entirely blocked the view. The view was non existent (correction: for one measly stretch we were able to make our some storage units and a single field, that disappeared shortly after). Despite closely following the trail map, we bushwhacked. Lots. This was likely do to the fact that there are many confusing side trails. We couldn’t find any side trails though, so up the holly-covered cliff we went. My phone was also convinced that we went in circles several times. Do not follow our recording. Please. When we reached the top, we thought everything would be ok, as long as we could find the cabin. We are are now convinced the cabin is a conspiracy theory. It may have been due to the thick fog, but there was no cabin in sight. We were sad, wet, and confused, and down the slippery slope we went. We managed to stay on the path the whole way down though! Also, there’s no need to park at the hatchery or cross train tracks. That’s just stupid. All in all though, the hike was incredible. It was a growing experience for us all, and was probably the best hike we’ve been on.

Enjoyed this trail a lot! Could definitely be marked better but I would rate this trail as moderate! Unreal views at both lookout points! :)

moderate not easy. not for little children

This is a great hike with some great views but it is dangerously mis-labelled as easy. I would never bring a small child up here as there are dangerous ledges and drop off with slippery rock he surfaces I am an avid hiker who is in good shape and I would label this as a moderate hike with proper footwear essential!.

This trail had a great view and wasn’t too long, with water near by to refill if needed but definitely wouldn’t say it’s “easy”. Was a lot of elevation and quite steep. Coming down was easier but due to steepness was challenging at some points to avoid slipping. Other than that loved this trail would recommend checking it out!

Wonderful hike ... starts easy and shifts into a moderate hike. The hike is worth the trip to the destination. Fantastic view at the top.

Good little hike with some good uphill elevation. 2 lookouts have great views. I wouldn’t necessarily say it was “easy”, easy to me is flat. Nice quick heart pumping trail.

This was a nice short trail with enough elevation for a good workout, and had AMAZING views. Easy to follow and appreciate for anyone.

Very clearly marked trail! Short and sweet! Even partially covered with snow, it is easy to see where the path is. The path is about 1 person wide and you do need to watch your stepping in some spots. Nice view at the top!
