Easy trail to walk. Lots of bikers on the trail. Kinda wished I had a bike because it’s so flat and lots of distance to cover

Black bear sighted on the trail just after the 1km mark. It was a BIG fella! keep your eyes open. Only got to do half the trail because of this, but otherwise a great walk!

It said this trail is good for biking, so we went in a group. Both adults and children enjoyed it. However, we had two encounters with people who were very unhappy to share trail with bikers. This never happened to us, which makes me wonder if some places weren't bike friendly?

Walked northbound of the Poco Traboulay Trail Loop along Coquitlam River via Lincoln Park towards Pitt River. As we started late, we did not complete the whole loop but turned back to the starting point through Kingsway Avenue. Completed 18km within 4 hours. The Trail is easy and fits for all walks of life. Views are beautiful along the Coquitlam and Pitt Rivers.

Really nice trail! Parking available right at the entrance of Cedar Drive with washrooms available. Not a heavy populated trail but a good number of people present. Gravel pathway that’s quite even and great for running. If you like seeing wildlife there’s some great opportunities here! Good for beginner runners who want a flat path without alot of elevation gain.

We had fun with this trail, super easy but it was very relaxing. We did it in November. Absolutely beautiful!

Great biking trail!! Did yesterday. Colony Farms access from Pitt River Road is closed and we had to ride the road to Shaughnessy St and follow it over the hill to a trail on the right that leads back to Colony Farm.

A good, easy walk. Trail is flat and paved. I started from the red bridge and ended at Lions park, much of which runs along the Coquitlam river. Unfortunately, there was not much to see in the winter. The trail may be more scenic in spring or summer. The portion I took was an urban trail behind some condos.

This is a flat, easy and scenic 25km bike ride. Going at an enjoyable pace it took 2 hours. A section of the Wilson Farm Dyke Trail is closed - from Pitt River Road to the Shaughnessy Street trail connector. We had to bike on the road: Pitt River to Shaughnessy Street to the trail connector. This added probably an extra 1km. Would do it again.

It’s a wonderful trail with many entrances, a fun Kids Park, à couple of Dog Parks. There’s a Waves & a Starbucks downtown for a nice break.

A section of the trial was closed (seemed permanent) so can’t really complete the “loop” Aside from that, a nice trail to walk and bike..

Did 18km of the walk. Started at Kebet Way off the Mary Hill. Walked south along the water and then up Roth along the coquitlam river until crossing Shaughnessy and heading back to where we started.
