Personally like this trail minus the bugs. Great for a walk, bike, run. I ran and my bf stayed behind us so I can run back and forth with my dog.

Pretty trail, I personally like Surrey Bend regional park more than Tynehead regional park. The parsons trail was SO peaceful and quiet, where the serpentine loop at tynehead was crowded. The only thing that I didn’t like about this trail was that there was a fair amount of bugs and mosquitoes. But other then that, it’s a great trail. I highly recommend coming here :)

Nice wide walking paths great to maintain social distancing

Very flat easy walk

Really enjoyed it and so did the dude. Brought his wagon and he collected his Easter Rock collection. Very well maintained and as well as washrooms and picnic areas. Recommend

A really good, flat and well maintained trail. They’ve obviously spent some money on this area as there are bathroom facilities and a large car park. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that the views aren’t as good as on some others. But still a nice walk.

Parsons Trail is very nice through the woods with short offshoots to view the river and the log booms against Barnston Island. Make sure that you turn off the Pacific Trail and follow the Spirea Trail back to the Parking. If you stay on the Pacific Trail which is a one mile straight line and open field it will put you onto 104 avenue to walk back to the parking.

The first half of the walk is nice. This is the Parsons trail. Wooded with views of the river and Barston island. The second half is the Pacific trail. Quite bland. Simply a wide gravel path running in a straight line. The hike would be better if the Parsons trail looped back through the forested area.

If going counter-clockwise, the first half is through a forest with lots of cover but also bugs. Second half is a straight gravel road with no shade.

Very easy walking trail. Easy access to Fraser’s river (Parsons). There are places along the river to sit and enjoy the nice weather. The bridges have been renovated and are not as nice now and no longer have seating available.

Short trail by the river in surrey. Tricky to find, then got caught waiting for a long slow moving train. The walk was nice, the narrow dirt trail was the best part, beautiful, little off shoot trails to view the river. The wide gravel trail was no fun, no view and nothing really there but a field of sorts.

Quiet, flat, isolated. Trails are generally well-kept. The views of the river and the mountains to the East and North are worth your time. A few picnic spots and benches along the trails.

Recommend a clockwise walk to enjoy the view of the mountains. On a clear day walk to the end of Parson's trail for nice vistas across to Golden Ears Provincial Park. The straight-as-an-arrow Pacific Trail portion also offers good vistas as you walk north. There are a few places to walk to the river as you go south along Parson's trail.
