The trailhead is well marked. Begin by hiking down a well marked trail to the bottom of the valley and across a creek. The bridge has been knocked out for some years so you have to wing-it. From the other side of the creek you walk uphill steadily till you hit an old deactivated FSR to the plaque.

Tried accessing trailhead today, no luck. I had to turn around after about 1k from the main road when road got too sketchy for my rental 4WD. DId see a larger truck coming down the forest service road though so someone made it further.

This is a fantastic hike. Trail is a little bit overgrown in places. But still easy to follow. The last kilometre is steep but the views are well worth the effort.
