This trail route should be taken down. The second part of the trail, right after the descent, is on roads that are not for public Access. Not only is it an active logging road, this is land owned by CRD water works and is off limits. If you trespass in the no public Access roads, you will be met by water works officials and might get a hefty ticket.

Not well marked at all, made our way to the top but taking anything that looked like a trail but made it to the top where marking became at more visible and the way down was pretty steep

Great views after a relatively steep, well marked ascent. Mostly road and poorly marked and neglected trails after the power line. Strongly recommend considering another route for descent.
