Lots of new logging, nearly impossible unless you are very determined

Steep at the beginning and end. Beautiful view at the top. Some snow still. Think I enjoyed mount wesleys view better

This is a nice trail for the majority of the way. It starts off quite steep which is totally fine but about halfway up here walking along the road which is a little bit annoying. Other than that it’s quite nice and has some great views.

Trail very hikable despite the moisture and rain. First bit up to the gravel road has some steepness to it. socked in and windy on top. Probably a 5 star without gravel road

Hiked up with my 11 year old son. Some pretty steep sections but not impossible, there are some ropes for the trickier ascents. We missed out on the view of Cameron lake as the clouds rolled in pretty thick.

Trail was nice with ground holding moisture making for grippy footing on this steep ascent to the peak.

Went by myself and only saw other two people. So I’d say it has not heavy traffic. Lots of spider webs I cleaned with my hands. The first part up to the train tracks was really steep and challenging, lots of dry dirt making it really hard for my shoes to grip. Then a second part equally as hard, there’s some rope to help a couple of points. The third part is a forest service road, no shade. The last part is easier and shaded. Some interesting scrambling all the way to the top. I’d recommend to wear good hiking shoes, hiking poles would come in handy too specially for the descent. Loved the hike, the view is amazing. Would absolutely do it again.

The first km or so is some of the hardest hiking possible. It is brutally steep and, aside from the odd rope, offers little assistance to help with the gradient. It is absolutely not for inexperienced hikers. The second third is up a dirt road - and easy enough, although I did see snakes on the road. The final third is more of a normal hike through the cover of trees. It is steep and rocky in places but not too hard. I got up in 1hr 06 from the road by the lake. The descent, especially the final third, is very hard. If you have poles, it will offer some help in the slip-slide. Good views and a worthwhile achievement in getting to the summit.

Not a bad trail. Excellent views but only three stars because a large section of the trail was actually a road.

Amazing view! Up, up, up, and bugs at the first half of the trail. Coming down was a little tricky as it was dry and steep. Great for a weekend hike

awesome hike, I do suggest a GPS or a phone yo help lead the way as some turn off can be confusing and some spots are becoming over grown. It's pretty steep most of the trip, but the view is totally worth it.
