These are great trails but they are poorly marked. Be careful and thoughtful with your navigation so you do not get lost.

Fairly easy loop right in town with many options to customize. Not a lot of views but the forest provides a nice shady escape from the heat and sun. You'll see abundant evidence of the town's logging history. A nice place to stop for lunch is at the covered tea spot. Appreciated that there were maps at the trailhead and the sidetrails were well marked. It was also nice that the there was no dog poop...locals have provided utensils to scoop along with waste bags.
We stopped at the impressive Kimberley Veterans Memorial Park after...highly recommended.
