Allow three days in and three days out, plus side excursions. This is some of the best hiking in British Columbia. Trails are well maintained, as they are used by equestrian and mountain biking guides/outfitters. This is a wilderness provincial park (South Chilcoltin Mountains). There are several trail heads; but this is the most popular and a good one to start with. Float plane access to Spruce or Warner Lakes is also available, if you have less time, via Tyax Adventures. Services are limited; so you must be self contained for multi-day mountain trecking; unless you sign up for a guided trip with one of the several outfitters that service the park.
