Really nice trail for young kids just learning to go for long walks. We spotted slugs, geese, ducks and a woodpecker. A few hills, nothing too daunting.

Beautiful forest walk. Growth is dense enough to minimize exposure if its raining.

Nice wide trail ... good for social distancing. Beautiful furry trees and cute painted lady bugs hiding along the way. Someone just made the hike more interesting and fun ... Thank You

Très beau sentier boisé et un peu vallonné. Environ une heure pour faire la boucle. Populaire en ce beau dimanche de confinement Covid-19.

nice trail good length for a family walk

Great loop, only takes about an hour to complete. Some steep hills, but nothing too bad. Highly recommend! :)

Great trail good for people starting out. If you go counter clockwise you will have the last hill be the steepest (downhill) but if you go clockwise then the steepest hill (uphill) will be first up to you on which way you want to go it. Ice scenery and well signed.

Great trail for strollers. There are very large hills, would suggest going around the loop counter-clockwise to avoid going up the largest hill.

Nice trail with lots of people and dogs. One really good view of the mountains. A couple hilly sections but not difficult at all.

Easy walking trail. Wide path covered with fine crashed rock. No views. Lots and lots of moss, fern and mushroom. Lots of doggies, some horse doo doo. Nice Sunday family walk.

Very peaceful and moderately trafficked stroll through the woods. The scenery is gorgeous and the path is gravel with no technical footing required. The elevation gains and dips are very gradual. Highly recommended for those not so much looking to hike, but walk through nature.

An easy trail to hike with lots of shade and places to rest. Good for pets, kids and older folk.

1st time with this Trail. Because of my weak knee had to be careful with the downhill slopes but in general it did give my legs a good workout and the forest scenery is beautiful. Enjoyed it with the companion of my sister!

First time walking this trail, although it turned into more of a hike!!! Beautiful scenery, peaceful, encountered a garter snake crossing in front of me, more than two hills I'd say five and I'll definitely be walking this trail at least twice a week. So much fun walking with my sister and nephew!!!

Moderate hills and elevation changes as the wide smooth gravel trail winds through the forest and over the creeks. Serve all good wildlife viewing areas including meadows, creeks, and a large pond with gazebo bench area to take a rest.

3.5 stars. If Fort to Fort is feeling too flat there's this alternative. There is a water fountain for you and your pups at the parking lot.

This is my default trail. Close to home, elevation challenges, easy to track, and 4 Km’s interval lapping allowing for predictable extend runs. Fresh smells of cedars and occasional horses adds a favorable stimulus to motivate.

Just a nice little walk.

This is a beautiful trail that we have walked a number of times but it is now tainted by the fact that someone broke into my vehicle yesterday (Nov 3/18) and stole my wife’s wallet. The lowlife also emptied the change from my ashtray. No windows were broken and the vehicle was locked up afterwards which leads me to believe that it was done with a slim jim (tow-truck driver’s tool). I should mention that this was at the lot off McKinnon Cr. Be cautious out there folks. We are seasoned hikers who slipped up and left something of value hidden away and not on our person. Nothing was left in sight. This was the job of someone who probably frequents this location looking to rip off hardworking families. Hopefully this headache doesn’t happen to you.

Nice walk thru the woods. We saw a few birds and a rabbit. The kids ( under 5) really enjoyed it.
